“I headed straight to the top of Kirra hill just to get a good look at it. As I arrived I was greeted by lines stacked to the horizon. The tide was high first thing, but Kirra was still handling it. There was so much sand built up around the groyne which I think helped. The waves pumped pretty much for most of the week. Now it’s onshore and one foot haha” – Photographer Jesse Little.
