I’m 5’4” and usually a size 10/12 and busty and would normally order a large, per the other reviews I sized up to XL and it’s perfect. Such a fun, flattering look and fun style for a ‘sun dress’ replacement.

It's super cute but for me the top ran small - I usually always wear a small top size in Oneill- I wear a 34 D bra and the small in this was pretty tight for me , it doesn't have a lot of stretch in the top so if you have a bigger chest you may want to size up.
