Bikini season has come upon us and and we need a little extra help to look and feel our best when strutting up and down the boardwalk. Don’t worry, you’ll be ready in no time!

With any sort of workout plan, eating right is the missing puzzle piece to maximum results.

  • Breakfast is key! Make sure to eat lots of fiber and protein to keep you feeling full longer and fueled all day. Try the Green Monster Smoothie. It’s easy, delicious, and it not only helps you lose weight, but makes your skin look great too!
  • Keep your metabolism in high gear by snacking frequently. A handful of raw almonds are easy and delicious or try sliced apples.

Now, time for the workout! Circuit training is a very effective workout that is quick and doesn’t call for any equipment.

Circuit training is a method of resistance training that maximizes the volume of work done in a short period of time. The best part is that you don’t have to do it everyday and it’s completely personalized, meaning you can design your workout specifically to your needs.

Try this At-Home Circuit Workout

Rest 20 seconds in between each exercise and do 3 sets total, resting a full minute in between set.

Beginner: Go through once.
Intermediate: Go through twice.

Remember with exercising and eating healthy, WATER IS KEY. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep hydrated and healthy.
