HYPERFREAK 5/4+MM CHEST ZIP FULL WETSUIT W/ HOOD

I got my first O'neill wet suit in 1965. Since then I have one inmy collection. My first hooded O'Neill had a shoulder to shoulder zip across the chest. It was easy to put on and take off. My first techobutter suit is now alomst 10 years old. I ove the sfot nd flexible warm suit. Itwas also easy to put on and take of. I just bought a brand new Hyperfreak 5.5/4 suit. It is not nearly as flexible as I expected. It is the first O'Neill suit that has dissapointed me. Even using arash guard on top and plastic bage on my ankles, it has difficult to reomve. I am 76 however! I would recomend this suit for younger people.

This is a good wetsuit. I have had it 2 years now and surf between 70-100 days a year in a wetsuit I live in the PNW so I use a the 5/4 all year long. I have another wetsuit I use on alternating days that is a 4.5/3.5 that isn't quite as warm. I prefer this wetsuit, especially in the winter months. Very easy to get on and off and fits snug, and it is quite comfortable. I'm 5'9" ~160lbs and it fits perfect.

Comfortable and warm. Everything I need in a wetsuit to counter the cold North Atlantic.

This is a great wetsuit! It is easy to put on and off because it is very stretchy. And in the water, it is very warm. No cold water leaks in. It is worth the price.

Hands downs the best Hooded fullsuit under $400. Ended up purchasing a 4/3 Hyperfreak hooded as well to balance out the quiver. Fit and finish on this suit is stunning. I’ve been wearing O’NEILL Wetsuits for 47 yrs, nothing compares.

Just moved from Florida to New England in the middle of the winter and was concerned about the adjustment. This suit has kept me surprisingly warm! Even on cold windy days I have not gotten cold yet!
