Super functional.

These are good all around. More shorts than swim.

More comfortable with underwear, but ok commando if you know you are going to get wet.

They dry quick, but slower than true swim trunks.

They look good, and can pass for buisness casual pair of shorts if you have a long shirt on that hides the elastic waist.

The lack of an operable fly is sometimes incconvienient

They are very comfortable, generally cool and practical

On a hot day when they are just out of the water they are a little clingy and dont dry as quickly as truncks or board shorts, but still fairly fast.

These are my go to for.... i could end up at the bar, or the pool, or the beach, or partying around a campfire, or ...... who knows where i might end up..

Fit is tight, size large technically fits but the bulg in the front its just a bit to much so go 1 size up. Oneill Size 38 fits great. Im large in most brands, Xl fits better for me in these.

I own several pairs in a few different colors.

These shorts are a great fit. I am normally around a size 34/35 waist, but the size 36 in these shorts are comfortable. And has the drawstring on the inside to make them fit a little tighter if needed.

They fit perfect. The right material and length. But having only zipper pockets in the front could be improved. I would have a zipper in the back and maybe one in the front.
