How do I sign up for the O’Neill rewards program?
Signing up is easy! Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning points!

What are ways to earn points?

For starters - each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or like us on Facebook. Access all the ways to earn points on the rewards page.

How do points convert to dollars?

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in our store. 100 points will unlock a $10 coupon, 200 points a $20 coupon, 300 points a $30 coupon, 400 points a $40 coupon, and 500 points a $50 coupon.

To redeem points, make sure you're logged in to your account and at checkout you'll be able to apply the rewards discount from a dropdown selection (next to the coupon code discount box). Please note, if you are wanting to use an accelerated checkout (Paypal, ShopPay, Amazon Pay, etc), you'll need to apply the Rewards discount and shipping discount (if you're in a VIP tier) at checkout prior to navigating to the accelerated checkout.

Standard Ground Shipping: $3.99 – 7-14 business days for transit

2-Day Express Shipping: $9.99 – 2 business days for transit*

Overnight Shipping: $19.99 – 1 business day for transit*

*Excludes HI, AK, GU, PR, APO/FPO, PO Boxes

**All orders take up to 3-4 business days for processing prior to shipping.

WETSUIT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Some wetsuit deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified of the signature requirement via email prior to shipping.

Wetsuits are packaged in a specific way in order to avoid damaging and/or creasing the neoprene.  If returning a wetsuit, please follow these instructions on how to fold/package it.  Damaged wetsuit returns will result in a 20% damage fee.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed to you when being shipped out.  Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

ORDER STATUS

For an up to date order status, log in to your account (or you can retroactively create an account with the email used) to view your order status page. You can also access the status page from your order confirmation email.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

If made a mistake on your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are unable to make most changes to orders, but we will attempt to stop the order from shipping so it can be cancelled and replaced.  Because our warehouse works quickly to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee being able to catch it prior to shipping (please note we do offer free returns/exchanges if an order does ship).

PROMO CODES

If you have a promotional code, please make sure to add it to your order during the checkout.  We are unable to retroactively adjust orders if it was left off – we will need to cancel the order and you will have to replace it.

Start your return/exchange at returns.oneillclothing.com. Our returns center will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a free pre-paid return label*.

*At this time Puerto Rico orders are not provided with a pre-paid return label and are required to send it back on your own.

We offer free returns/exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be purchased directly from us.oneill.com and be in brand new condition with the tags still attached.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to safety protocols implemented in our warehouse, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed once the item(s) are received.  After receiving the refund confirmation email, please note that your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account.

Q. What are the main differences in the Psycho Series wetsuits? 
A. We have 3 styles in this series and below are the main differences:

Freak Styles:The Psycho Freak has the best features and technology available. The lightest firewall ever produced with SuperSeam Weld and O'Neill's Technobutter 2 Air-Insulation rapid drying TechnoButter Neoprene makes this highly innovative, technical design the best performing, warmest wetsuit available. Features include Super Seam Weld, TB Fire Wall Smoothskin, no stitching, least flexible, and highest warmth temperature rating.

Tech Styles:Lighter, warmer, more insulating and quick drying with improved ease of entry. Psycho tech is the latest advancement in cold water wetsuit technology. Features include Fluid Seam Weld, TB Fire Wall Smoothskin, Triple Glued which is also blind stitched, Mid Flexibility and is mid warmth temperature rating

One Styles:This is the ultimate high-performance cold water wetsuit. Built with ultra gooey Technobutter 2 Neoprene and ultra-minimal seam styling. Offers unrestricted mobility, enhanced durability and incredible fit. The Psycho One will raise your performance level to new heights. Main features include: Fluid Seam Weld, No Smoothskin, Triple Glued which is also blind stitched, Highest flexibility, and is the lowest in temperature rating

Q. What does the thickness mean in a wetsuit? 
A. The wetsuit thickness measurements is in millimeters and run from the center of the suit,(your core or abdomen) to you extremities (arms and legs). So, for example, a 3/2MM wetsuit, the core of the wetsuit is 3 Millimeters thick and the legs and arms are 2 Millimeters thick.

Q. What is Z.E.N Zip? 
A. Z.E.N Zip is the back zip entry to the wetsuit. O'Neill's original patented Z.E.N closure allows for zipper less free floating feel, short zip, and barrier-2 mixed with zen collar to keep out the water. It allows less paddle flexibility.

Q. What is F.U.Z.E Zip? 
A. F.U.Z.E Zip is the chest zip entry to the wetsuit. Based off O'Neill's patented Z.E.N Zip system, this allows for zipper less free floating feel and more paddle flexibility.

Q. What is TechnoButter? 
A. TechnoButter is the most advanced neoprene on the market. Super stretch, less water absorption, and quick drying. 20% lighter, 30% less water absorption with quick dry properties.

Q. What is the best method to care for my Wetsuit? 
A. Care varies by personal preference and different recommendations but the basics are:

Rinse with fresh water after every useClean with wetsuit shampoo every 3-5 uses for maximum life time. *O'Neill branded wetsuit shampoo is available in selected retailersOil buttons and zippers every few months

Q. What is the Warranty Information on Wetsuits? 
A. If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care, O’Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O’Neill Warranty Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does O’Neill offer refunds. Defective product should be returned clean and dry, postage prepaid. Please include product description, product defects, requested action, return address (be sure to include postal code, especially for Canadian addresses), daytime phone number with area code, customer’s name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to the address below.
