"Im 5'10 244 pounds and purchased the 3X. It fits skin tight which is exactly what I need. It definitely fits me like a second skin. A dedicated lap swimmer in a outdoor pool. On those chilly winter days in So Cal it excells in our warm pool. Never a problem with chafing and the board short loop in front helps with the rashguard riding up which it never really does. I have a long upper torso and it is plenty long enough thank goodness. It has been used quite a bit and still fits like the day I purchased it. Excellent. . . . . ."
