"It took me 3 tries to find the best size M chart-wise, looked to be the right size. BUT I could not get the zipper up without assistance. LARGE zipped easily but it felt too long in the arms and legs and a bit too loose at the chest. LS was just right. I went from O'Neill to Dicks to REI before I got it right."

- Hi Jack, just based off your height/weight your best bet would probably be a XL. As long as your waist is right around the 35-37" as stated on the size chart.
- I'm looking at buying a suit. Please explain, Is 232mm a all around wet suit? I surf Oceanside Ca. And on the size, I weight 150 lbs, I'm 5' 8'. What does md mean in sizes?
- Hey Richard. This style is actuall called the"Reactor-2" and the thickness is a 3/2mm (3mm at the torso, 2mm for the arms/legs). The MD size is just an abbreviation for a Medium. The 3/2 would be a great suit for Oceanside or elsewhere in Southern California.
