"What’s up with O’Neill quality control. Most of the exterior seams on the torso do not have glue to keep seams together. Not even a touch of glue in some spots that should be “blind stitched and glued”. Sending it back!! Sad after being a lifelong O’Neill supporter, I’m forced to look at other brands. Update: O’Neill CS replied my return inquiry promptly and offered an apology. Unfortunately, the Epic is sold out in my size for an exchange."
"This was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law, so when I received it in October, I didn't bother taking it out of the box and inspect it. We realized there was a problem with the wetsuit when he unwrapped it. It was past the 30-day return policy. However, the company quickly resolved the problem, and although they were swamped with other orders, they quickly shipped a replacement. My son-in-law loves the sweatsuit!"

"Great suit, fits perfectly and performs well. After a couple of uses there are some threads and strings coming loose/dangling that don't seem to impact seams however not something you want to see on a new suit."
