"It has been a while since I bought new swim trunks and so glad I explored O’Neill. I knew of their reputation for a great product and learned that their customer service was also top notch. I bought the hyperfreak scallop board shorts in size 34 against the advice of the O’Neill online sizing calculation which said I was a size 33. O’Neill customer service was so helpful and quick to refund my 34 for a 33. Btw… I am thrilled to see O’Neill offers a size 33!! Lesser brands often skip odd numbered sizes. Their sizing calculation was spot on for me, the shorts comfortably fit like a glove, and customer service is excellent."
