"Just back from 7 days surfing on Maui. The new Neo Skins long sleeve top worked perfectly. Good freedom of movement with no noticeable restrictions. The neoprene prevented sore/bruising of my rib-line, which I'm prone to because I always wear a wetsuit at my home spots in NorCal. It completely prevented sunburn of my torso and arms, and I used no sunscreen on these areas (I burn easily). It kept me warm in early paddle-outs, and to cool down mid-morning I just dipped into the water and let the resulting evaporation keep me cool. The fit is snug, which is what I want. I weigh around 173 and have swimmers shoulders, and the large size was good for everything except removal after surfing - bit of a struggle, but I figured out what worked best for me. I recommend this product."

"Great for swimming. I run a little hot so the 0.5mm is perfect for the shoulder season swims. Don't care for long sleeves in a wetsuit, but this fits well, is very flexible and lightweight. Runs a bit small."

- Is this top neoprene in the whole top, or just the body With the arms being rash guard material
- Hi Richard! This 0.5mm style is neoprene for the chest/back and nylon/spandex (similar to the rash guard material - our rash guards are Polyester/Spandex) for the arms/shoulders. If you're looking for neoprene all over, you'll need to go to a thicker version (Hyperfreak 1.5mm Long Sleeve Top)
