"Super lightweight and perfect for a hot summer day. Dress is casual but the cute details adds extra charm. This is the first time I have ordered from O'Neill's so I was unsure what size to order. I'm 5'3" 115lbs. Depending on the website, I vacillate between XS and S. I ordered the S, but should have ordered the XS as it's a little big on me, but it's meant to be flowy so it doesn't bother me. Hope this helps."
