"The material is thin and runs small. The sleeves are very tight and are too long in length. It is made in China which I try to avoid purchasing. It has the potential to be very cute if made with thicker material and proper proportions to size."

I exchanged for small and had to return it also as sleeves were still uncomfortable (too tight). With the $6. 95 return fee times two and two trips to USPS to drop off, I will think carefully about online O'Neill purchases in the future."
