Sonoma Straw Hat Damaged in shipping

"As others have stated about the packaging of this item the hat arrived with the flimsy cardboard box crushed without any packaging material inside or even try labeling the box with do not crush and or fragile labels. Returning the item will net me $30 for a $34 hat with a net $17 loss with shipping costs. I can also take pictures and provide proof of purchase and see if they determine the crushed box and chips of straw constitute damage. Total disappointment with my experience. My original hat purchased in Capitola had a brim liner to block more solar and added a better look."

Not the same anymore

"Terrible hat since O’Neill removed the liner and switched to a lesser quality material. Look elsewhere if you’re remembering the old design no longer available"

"This is my second one that own. It would had a 5 star review, but they removed the black liner under the brim and that really helped keep some of the sun rays from coming through the brim. And also kept it together when it started wearing out with use. Was very disappointed when i received. But overall my last one lasted me almost 3 years. Please bring the liner back 😀"

"I picked mine up from a good will, an older style and heavily damaged now (which I'd love to get another one of) but an amazing hat nonetheless. Perfectly wide and protects from rain and sun just as one would expect. I wear it everyday at work as a landscaper. Would recommend this hat to anyone who's interested in sun hats."
