    Never received item and horrible customer service

    Never received any of my items (ordered two swim suit sets). Attempted to contact the company by phone, email, website chat, and website contact form (all multiple times) but never once received a response. Had to make a charge dispute through PayPal and won the case since they never heard from anyone at Oneill either. Very disappointed with my experience.
