"We were just at home around December debating to head to Hawaii or not and saw that the swell and conditions were going to be way better other places so decided to hop on a flight and go search. We didn’t even know Timmy Reyes was around and when we got into town he texted us that he was in the same area. We ended up surfing for 4 days straight of really good waves with Timmy and a few other of the people he was with. It was insane! The only down side of the trip was the last day when we got out, Taylor went for his first surf of the trip after shooting the last few days and was chased out by probably a 15 foot great white! Luckily it was the last day and we didn’t have to surf anymore." - Jake Kelley
