WOMEN OF THE WAVE is our love song to the ocean. It’s content and message, highlights and celebrates women from all walks of life and backgrounds. It’s about community, caring, giving back, and investing in your circle. It’s about teaching someone to surf and seeing them ride a wave for the first time. It’s about protecting our oceans.
 
WOMEN OF THE WAVE is a mindset and way of life.

Our goal in 2024 is to get 10,000 women in the water for their first wave or 100^th.

Women of the Wave community is about empowerment, celebration, and joy. We want everyone to be able to experience that feeling you get when you catch your first wave. The joy you get when you know you belong. Being surrounded by the humbling ocean, your community, and feeling pure happiness as you glide across the waves.
