How do I return an item?
Please go to us.oneill.com/apps/returns - to initiate your return. Our Returns Center will guide you through the returns and refund process.
- You can start a return/exchange within the portal with your order # and either your shipping zip code, phone #, or email address. You'll be able to choose which items you would like to return for a refund or exchange.
- After submission, you will be provided a pre-paid return label to print (or a QR code that you can bring to USPS).
- For exchanges, your new items will begin to process and ship once your original items are scanned by the carrier and are on their way back.
- For returns, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving it back at our warehouse. Once the refund is processed, it can sometimes take 3-7 days for your bank to post and process the transaction.
Returns for a refund incur a $6.99 return handling fee that will be deducted from the returned value. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges do not incur a return fee nor is their a charge for the shipping of the new order.
If returning a used or damaged wetsuit, a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your return.
Damages can include, but are not limited to: rips, tears, creases, and wrinkles in the wetsuit.
Can I exchange or return an item?
A. You may return your unused product with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of Purchase from the website must be included. Any items returned after 30 days will not be processed. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement at us.oneill.com for online purchases only.
Can I return an item that I purchased at a third party retailer?
Sorry, but we only accept returns on product that was purchased through us.oneill.com. Proof of purchase is required.
I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact customer service as it is within 90 days from purchase on us.oneill.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. Luggage items need to be within 1 year from purchase on us.oneill.com for damaged or defective inquiries. We only accept damaged items purchased through us.oneill.com
