"I use these for windsurfing here in Florida when in spots that might have less than a nice sandy bottom, so more for protection than keeping my feet warm. I like how easily they go on compared to an old pair I had. I wear a 9.5 to a size 10 shoe depending on the type and I ordered these in a 10 and they fit perfectly so I would suggest that you buy just one half size larger than your regular shoe size."
