"My waist is 28" and hips 39" so I chose Medium according to the size guide and it fits perfect. The quality is fine but not great. It is not see through, but I received a skirt with a white thread running in diagonal accross the skirt. It is still discreet so I kept it. I'm questioning the price for a skirt made of viscose though."
