"I was hoping I would love this and it would be like my other dresses from Oneil that are smocked top, but this one is a bit different. The top part sits oddly so the side skin looks weird. I think it is because the top isn't straight all of the way around, but smaller on the back with a rounded front. This makes the sides lower and squishing out the skin."
