We were so fortunate enough to work with filmmaker, Emma Smart, during our Spring 2021 shoots.

Her story:

"I first got into film-making when I was 14 years old. It started as just a bit of fun capturing unfiltered moments in my life and using it as an outlet for self-expression. After finishing High School and graduating from film studies I still had that same love and passion for creating so I decided to give filmmaking ago. I did this with zero expectations in mind. To be completely honest, I didn't have a lot of support around me when I first started. People constantly doubted me and I was faced with many limiting beliefs from others, which was painful, to begin with.

Filming for me now has evolved, just as I have over the years and it will continue to evolve. I find myself having that same love, drive, and passion for it as I did when I started. I am beyond grateful for now building a successful career out of filmmaking. I am also so grateful for all of the incredible people and opportunities along the way. Also, the people who have trusted me to bring their visions to life. I am so grateful for myself and all of the lessons I have learned whilst on this journey. It's not only helped shape me as a person but it has helped me build unwavering strength, trust, and faith within myself."
